These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from YUMI SOFAS. By placing an order you accept them.

YUMI SOFAS is a trading name operated by WX Ecomm LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

Our sofas are manufactured in China and shipped directly to our customers.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Made-to-order items
Custom sizes and custom colours are made to your specifications. Before production we confirm the details with you. Once production has started, a made-to-order item cannot be cancelled for a change of mind.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, they do not include import duties, import VAT or local taxes, which may be charged by your country on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
Prices can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and fabric textures can look slightly different on screen and under different lighting. Compressed sofas need time after unpacking to regain their intended shape; please follow the instructions supplied with your model.
Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us.
Warranty
Every YUMI product carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity where it applies to you.

Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written consent.
Liability
Nothing here excludes our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, you keep the protection of those rules and nothing here removes them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
